| This \"Legal Notice\" regulates the use and utilization of the portal whose address is http://www.masjuego.es (the \"Web\").
Using the Web confers the condition of Web User (the \"User\"), implying the full acceptance without reserve of all the provisions included in this Legal Notice from the moment in which the user enters the Web on. Accordingly, the User must read attentively this Legal Notice whenever he tries to use the Web, because it can be modified.
The User is bound to use correctly both the Web and its services, according to the Law, the bona fide, the morality, the generally accepted trading practices, the public policy and this Legal Notice. The User will be responsible vis-à-vis TBU and third parties for the damages caused as a result of the non-fulfilment of such an obligation. The User's access or use of this Web implies his consent and, consequently, his acceptance of the conditions mentioned in this Legal Notice.
Access and Corrections: The Users will have an open and free of charge access to both the Web and its services. Nevertheless, TBU makes the use of some of its services conditional on the filling in of certain forms or registries or, where appropriate, on the payment of a price, in case the service is not free of charge.
The personal data processing through this site will be submitted to the Public Act of Parliament regarding the Personal Data Protection 15/1999, to the Madrid Autonomous Community Personal Data Protection Law 8/2001 and to the rest of the related legislation. To this end, the considerations included in the \"Personal Data Protection Conditions\" section of this Legal Notice will be applicable. This section contains TBU criteria regarding the use of those personal data that you have supplied through the offered services, freely and voluntarily.
The User ensures the authenticity and the updating of all those data which have been supplied to TBU through the Web. The User will be responsible if he makes false or inaccurate statements. The User will also be responsible for the damages caused to TBU or to third parties when supplying information.
The User clearly undertakes to make an adequate use of the Web contents and services and will never use them to:
a) Divulgate criminal, violent, pornographic, racist, xenophobe or offensive contents; those which are used to make statements in support of terrorism or those contrary to the Law, morality, generally accepted trading practices or public policy.
b) Transmit, divulgate or make available to third parties any kind of materials which, in any way, could be contrary to the fundamental rights, the rights and freedoms warranted by the Spanish Constitution or the rest of the legislation, or could undermine them.
c) Introduce computer viruses or another physical or electronic elements into the network; to act in a way which can alter, spoil, interrupt or generate errors or damages to the electronic documents, to the data or to TBU or third parties' physical or electronic systems; to prevent other users from using the Web or its services by massively consuming TBU computer resources.
d) Try to gain access to other users' emails or to restricted areas in those computing systems belonging TBU or to third parties; or, in any case, to retrieve any data whatsoever.
e) Violate a copyright or industrial property rights; to violate the privacy of TBU data, third parties' trade secrets or, in any case, to breach the obligation of ensuring the communications privacy.
f) Impersonate other users, the General Government or any third party.
g) Reproduce, copy, distribute, make available, publicly communicate, transform or modify the contents, save the previous consent of the owner of the rights or a legal permission.
h) Retrieve data with an advertising purpose; to send any kind of advertising or communications with a selling purpose or another commercial nature without a previous request or consent.
All Web contents such as texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, sound and/or image archives, software and its graphic design and source codes are pieces of work whose property belongs to TBU or to a third party. No trading rights regarding these contents will be considered as transferred to the User save those which are necessary for a correct Web use.
In short, those users making use of the Web can view its contents and make, where appropriate, authorised private copies of them whenever the copied elements are not later transferred to third parties, are not installed in servers linked to networks or are not the target of any commercial operation.
Likewise, all trademarks, brand names and any other distinguishing marks that can be seen on the Web belong either to TBU or to a third party. The use or access to them by the User will not grant him any right over them.
The distribution, change, transfer or public communication of the contents or of any other action which has not been expressly authorised by the owner of the trading rights is forbidden.
Those under age must get their parents', supervisors' or common representatives' permission previous to their use of the Web services. The above mentioned people will be responsible of all actions carried out by the minors in their charge.
There are some links on the Web to web pages belonging to third parties. Most of them are to Internet pages belonging to the General Government which can be of interest for the Users.
TBU, nevertheless, will not assume any responsibility from the connection or the contents of those links. Setting up a hyperlink will not imply in any case the existence of a relationship between TBU and the owner of the website where it has been set up, neither TBU acceptance or approval of its contents and services. Those people trying to set up a hyperlink between their web pages and our Web will make sure that the mentioned hyperlink will only allow the access to the Web home page. They will also refrain from making false, inaccurate or wrong statements or suggestions about TBU, as well as from including illegal and harmful contents and those contrary to the Law, to generally accepted trading practices, public policy or to any third party's rights.
Exemption from bonds and liabilities: The Web contents are general and have a simply informative purpose without fully ensuring the access to all contents or their completeness, accuracy, validity or updating, or their suitability and usefulness for a specific purpose. Up to where the legal system allows it, TBU is excluded from any responsibilities concerning any damages whatsoever due to:
a) The impossibility to accede to the Web or the absence of veracity, accuracy, completeness and/or updating in its contents. The presence of any kind of vices and defects in the transmitted, divulged or stored contents, as well as in those made available to others as long as the access to those contents has taken place through the Web or its services.
b) The presence in the contents of viruses and other elements which can alter the Users' data, computing systems or electronic documents.
c) The breach of Law, bona fide, public policy, trading practices and this Legal Notice by misusing the Web. Specially, TBU will not be responsible for third parties' actions if these actions violate copyrights, industrial property rights, trade secrets, the people's right to honour, to personal and family privacy or to personal reputation, and the regulations concerning unfair competition and unlawful advertising.
At the same time, TBU declines any responsibility relating to the information outside this Web and not directly managed by our webmaster. The purpose of this Web links is only that of informing the User about other sources to extend the contents of this Web. TBU does not ensure, and will not be responsible for, the accessibility or performance of the linked sites; and does not suggest, invite or recommend to visit them. Therefore, TBU will not be responsible for the possible results.
Procedure in case of unlawful activities: If any User or third party considers that there are facts or circumstances which reveal an unlawful nature when using any content and/or when carrying out any activities on the web pages included in, or whose access is possible through, the Web he will have to send TBU a notice in which he will adequately identify himself, will specify the alleged infringements and will clearly state, on his responsibility, the accuracy of the information mentioned in the notice.
Notifications: All notifications and communications between the COCIM and the Users will be effective to any end if carried out by postal mail, email or by telephone.
